Born from a real problem
In 2021, our founders were running a logistics consultancy across the Middle East and Central Asia. Every week they watched trucks return empty from long-haul routes — drivers losing money, shippers overpaying, and the environment absorbing the cost of unnecessary fuel burn.
The technology to fix this existed in other industries. Airlines had yield management. Hotels had dynamic pricing. Freight didn't have either — it still ran on phone calls, spreadsheets, and personal networks.
Oprimer was built to change that. We started with land freight on the Dubai–Istanbul corridor, proved the model, and expanded to sea and air. Today we operate across 14 countries and have matched over 40,000 shipments.
